Identity verification: ee555 follows a KYC (Know Your Customer) verification process as required by Brazilian regulation. The process is straightforward and can be completed by the user directly in the account dashboard. Full verification is required for withdrawals exceeding R$ 500.00 per day or R$ 2,000.00 per month.

Ee555 reserves the right to temporarily suspend access to an account when unusual activity is detected, for security reasons. In such cases, the user will be notified by email and guided through the steps to restore access.
The ee555 accepts the following deposit methods, all processed exclusively in Brazilian reais (BRL):
The minimum deposit is R$ 20.00. There is no maximum deposit, but deposits above R$ 10,000.00 per transaction are subject to additional review under anti-money laundering regulations (Law No. 9,613/1998 and COAF guidelines).
Ee555 does not accept deposits in cryptocurrency, foreign currencies, international transfers, or any method not listed above. Deposits made via unsupported methods will be returned to the sender, subject to the processing time of the original method.
Important: ee555 only accepts deposits made from bank accounts or payment methods registered in the account holder's own name. Third-party deposits will be refused or returned, and the account may be suspended for review.
Users may request a withdrawal of their available real balance at any time. The minimum withdrawal balance is R$ 30.00. The withdrawal method must be the same one used for the deposit (or a previously verified method in the account holder's name).

For withdrawals above R$ 500.00 per transaction or R$ 2,000.00 accumulated in the month, ee555 may require full identity verification (KYC) before approving the withdrawal. The verification process takes up to 24 hours after the correct documents have been submitted.
Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly. Only the real balance resulting from completing the bonus rollover requirements may be converted into withdrawable funds. ee555 reserves the right to verify that rollover requirements have been correctly met before approving withdrawals that include winnings derived from bonuses.
The ee555 offers fixed-odds Sports Betting across dozens of sports, with a focus on football (Brasileirão Série A, Copa do Brasil, Copa Libertadores, Copa Sul-Americana, and European leagues), basketball (NBB and NBA), volleyball, MMA/UFC, tennis, e-sports, and other sports covered by the platform.
All bets are final once the ticket is confirmed. Users are responsible for verifying all bet details — event, market, selection, and stake — before confirming. Errors made by the user in selecting the event or market are not reversible after the ticket is confirmed.

Bets canceled by ee555 will have the wagered amount returned to the user's real balance. Bets on events postponed to less than 72 hours from the original start time remain valid, unless the sport-specific rules state otherwise.
The Cash Out — when available — allows the user to settle a bet before the final result. The Cash Out value is calculated in real time by ee555 based on current market odds and may be lower (in a favorable scenario) or higher (in an unfavorable scenario) than the original stake. ee555 may temporarily suspend Cash Out during periods of high event volatility.

Ee555 may terminate an account without prior notice in the following cases: proven violation of these Terms and Conditions, fraud, use of false information during registration, money laundering, match-fixing, or any other prohibited conduct described in Section 9. In such cases, the bonus balance is forfeited with no right of appeal. The real balance may be withheld for up to 180 days for investigation purposes, as required by regulation.
Voluntarily closed accounts may be reopened upon request within 30 days, subject to identity verification. After that period, the account is permanently deleted in accordance with ee555's data retention policy.
The ee555 is not liable for financial losses arising from sports betting or casino games on the platform. Sports Betting and casino games involve real financial risk, and outcomes are inherently unpredictable. No strategy, system, or analysis guarantees profit from betting.
Ee555 is not liable for temporary service interruptions caused by scheduled maintenance, third-party infrastructure failures, cyberattacks, force majeure events or any other cause beyond the platform's reasonable control. In cases where bets are affected by confirmed technical outages, ee555 will assess each situation individually and may cancel and refund the impacted bets.
Ee555's maximum liability to any user, under any circumstances, is limited to the real balance deposited and available in the user's account at the time of the event in question.
